The Strategic Planning Committee and the North Carolina’s Eastern Region board held a joint meeting in Kinston on January 5th. This was the first meeting of the two groups since the board was reconfigured by legislation last year. The collective group was given an update on the Visioning process before dividing into breakout groups for priority setting discussions. Detailed action items and ideas on how the successes should be measured emerged from the meeting.
